OUR PRIVACY POLICY

We do not share your information, or sell it to anyone.  The only information used will be what is necessary to process an order.   Forensic Imaging, Inc. knows that you care how information about you is used and shared and we appreciate your trust that we will do so carefully and sensibly.

OUR RETURN POLICY

You may return any item sold by the Forensic Imaging, Inc. within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.  We will replace, at no additional cost, any items received in damaged condition as a result of shipping or handling.  Returned item(s) must include all parts, pieces and printed material in order to be eligible for a refund.  No returns of worn or damaged items.  Replacements will be sent once the damaged items are received in our offices.

To be sure your return is received, please make sure to add insurance to the parcel through your preferred carrier.
You are responsible for shipping and insurance fees on returns.

Merchandise returns for reasons other than our error are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
